SUPERVISION OF PRODUCER PRICE SURVEY (SHP) FROM BPS SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE

Hello #SahabatData, on Tuesday (25/6), a member of the price statistics team of BPS South Sumatra Province, Yessi Asmarani, A.Md. supervised the Producer Price Survey (SHP) in Lahat Regency.

SHP is carried out every month and aims to provide complete and continuous producer price data for the calculation of the Producer Price Index (CPI). This year, Lahat Regency received samples, one of which is a coal mining company, namely PT. Muara Alam Sejahtera (MAS).

After discussing the data that has been collected by the BPS price statistics team of Lahat Regency, it was followed by a field visit to PT. MAS.

With this SHP supervision, it is hoped that the quality of SHP data in South Sumatra Province will be improved, especially in Lahat Regency.
