Abstract

 Palembang City in February 2021 experienced deflation of 0.08 percent, inflation for the calendar year (cumulative) until February 2021 was 0.35 percent. Meanwhile, the annual inflation "Year on Year" (February 2021 against February 2020) is 0.97 percent.
The dominant commodities causing the deflation in February 2021 in Palembang City include: red chilies, purebred chickens, eggs, and gold jewelry.
 Lubuk Linggau City in February 2021 experienced deflation of 0.10 percent, inflation for the calendar year (cumulative) to February 2021 was 0.20 percent. Annual inflation "Year on Year" (February 2021 against February 2020) of 1.41 percent.
The dominant commodities that cause deflation in Lubuk Linggau City include: red chilies, eggs, broilers, oranges and rice.
 South Sumatra Province in February 2021 experienced deflation of 0.08 percent, inflation for the calendar year (cumulative) until February 2021 was 0.34 percent. Meanwhile, the annual inflation "Year on Year" (February 2021 against February 2020) is 1.01 percent.

 Indonesia in February 2021, based on monitoring of prices during February 2021 in 90 CPI cities, showed that 56 CPI cities experienced inflation. Meanwhile, 34 cities experienced deflation.
The highest inflation occurred in Kota Mamuju, amounting to 1.22 percent, the lowest was in Kota Tasikmalaya and Sumenep, each with 0.02 percent.
The highest deflation occurred in Gunungsitoli with 0.92 percent, the lowest was in Malang and Tarakan with 0.01 percent each.
