WORLD FORESTS DAY

Hello #SahabatData, March 21 2024 has been declared World Forest Day which aims to increase awareness of the importance of forest sustainability with the theme "Forests and Innovation".

Reporting from the press release news page (28/12) of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, in 2023 Indonesia's forests will cover a land area of ​​125.76 hectares or the equivalent of 63 percent of Indonesia's total land area.

Forests have a very important role for human survival. Apart from its role in producing oxygen, forest biodiversity is a source of various needs for humans and other living creatures.
