VISIT OF THE HEAD OF LAHAT DISTRICT BPS TO KPPN LAHAT

Hi #sahabatdata, on Tuesday (27/2), Head of BPS Lahat Regency Muhammad Dedy, SST, M.Si. and the Budget Management Team and Integrity Zone Team visited the State Treasury Services Office. The purpose of this visit is to hold discussions regarding the Revision of Page III of DIPA (Budget Implementation Document) and Integrity Zone Assessment to obtain the title of Corruption Free Area (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). During his visit, the Head of Lahat Regency BPS was received by Mr. Mohamad Fajar Budiman as Head of the Working Unit Management and Internal Compliance Section.

From this visit, Mr. Mohamad Fajar Budiman explained that the Revision of Page III of the DIPA is one component of the assessment of Budget Implementation Performance Indicators (IKPA), to get a score of 10 or perfect, the work unit must comply with the budget withdrawal plan every month and the value will be calculated quarterly. with plus or minus 5% of the planned budget withdrawal.

Regarding the Integrity Zone, Mr. Fajar explained that in order to fulfill the supporting evidence, it needs to be arranged neatly in one folder, either arranged based on leverage or based on the year of activity. Apart from that, it is necessary to have a Decree or Letter of Assignment in every activity involving the team as supporting evidence.
