BPS KABUPATEN LAHAT HELD SOCIALIZATION OF SRIKANDI APPLICATION

Hello #sahabatdata, on Tuesday (24/1), BPS Kabupaten Lahat socialized the use of the Srikandi Application. Dynamic Archives Information System (Srikandi) is a general application used to support dynamic records management and electronic-based governance, based on Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). With target users, namely all Central Agencies and Regional Governments.

The socialization activity was opened by the Head of BPS Kabupaten Lahat, Muhammad Dedy, S.ST, M.Si, and attended by all BPS Kabupaten Lahat employees. The Srikandi application is a collaboration between the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), the Ministry of Communication and Information, the State Cyber and Encryption Agency (BSSN) and the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI).

In this socialization, Verawati, S.E., M.Si. as Head of the General Subdivision of BPS Kabupaten Lahat and Aisyah Nur Fahira, S.Tr.Stat, introduced and practiced the use of the Srikandi application directly. The practices taught are starting from the introduction of application features, how to use the application starting from making letters, to examples of letters that have been received by superiors.

Head of BPS Kabupaten Lahat, Muhammad Dedy, S.ST, M.Si, said that the Srikandi application is directly connected to the Ministry of PANRB and other ministries. Therefore, the implementation of the Srikandi application is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of good records management and at the same time can support the targets of ZI, WBK and WBBM in the BPS Kabupaten Lahat work unit.
