NEW YEAR, NEW TEAM

On Wednesday (10/1), the Head of BPS Lahat Regency, Muhammad Dedy, S.ST, M.Sc., chaired a coordination meeting for the finalization of the BPS Lahat Regency work team for 2024. Each employee plays a role according to organizational needs and the division of teams is based on load. each other's work. Before it was finalized at the coordination meeting, two days earlier the Head of BPS Lahat Regency had conducted coaching for each employee so that their respective positions in the work team could be mapped.

After forming the work team, it was continued with the simultaneous signing of the Integrity Pact for Lahat Regency BPS employees. This integrity pact contains the commitment of every employee to play a pro-active role in efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption, collusion and nepotism; not accept or ask for bribes or gifts that do not comply with applicable regulations; be transparent, honest, objective and accountable in carrying out duties; and other commitments as a form of integrity for Lahat Regency BPS employees.

Hopefully the formation of this new work team at BPS Lahat Regency can improve the performance of BPS Lahat Regency, in accordance with the message from the Head of BPS South Sumatra Province, Moh. Wahyu Yulianto, S.Si, S.ST., M.Sc., in a rally on January 2 2024, "with a commitment to work in a teamwork manner, with a full spirit of collaboration, good communication and a comfortable work environment with a more blended work team/ liquid, then we will continue to achieve great achievements."
